Christmas Meeting

Thursday afternoon, 12th December 2024, was our Mamma Margherita Fellowship’s Christmas meeting in the hall.  It was wonderful to see so many people and the ones that could not come were sadly missed. 
 
A glass of bubbly, a beautiful donated  homemade Christmas cake, mince pies, brandy butter and Christmas biscuits we were set for a great time! 
 
Maralyn Wong and Graham Dorey were our quiz masters, they were both excellent!  In fact, I took copies home for our family Christmas get together. 
 
The raffle was great success, with some very happy winners.  A big thank you to everyone who so generously donated prizes. 
 
Andrew Docherty read out his ‘thought for the day’ and indeed it was very thought provoking. 
 
With thank yous and business for future meetings from Yvette, it was time to wish everyone a happy Christmas and say goodbye. 
 

The Mamma Margherita Fellowship would like to wish the parish a happy and Holy Christmas and we send our best wishes for a healthy and peaceful 2025.
